Supporting Learning and Exploration

Dr. Sara Kenning has been in the education field for over 20 years, supporting adolescent and young adult education, development and career readiness. Dr. Kenning has worked in both high school and college environments as a teacher, advisor and student support specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from University of California, Santa Barbara, a Master’s degree in Education from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California. She also has single subject teaching credentials in English and social studies. Dr. Kenning is also in the process of getting her certificate in educational therapy from University of California, Riverside, to better help students who struggle academically due to learning differences, like ADD/ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia. Dr. Kenning is passionate about helping adolescents and young adults achieve their full potential.
